Brian Muellers and Diana Yatauro Speak at IAC

The InterAgency Council (IAC) held its December meeting at the Marquis Care Center. The 102-bed care center provides extensive rehabilitation services as well as long term care. Special guest speakers were Brian Muellers, Nassau County Legislator who will complete his term of office at the end of the year and recently elected Diane Yatauro, who will succeed him. Muellers gave an update on the state of the County and reflected on the improvements in the County’s bond rating, which increased twice in one year. Yatauro spoke of her commitment to serving all of the people in the district, about being accessible, having an open mind and a resolve to address the needs of the community.

The next meeting of IAC will take place on Wednesday, January 7, 2003 at 9 a.m. at the American Community Bank, ACB, 300 Glen Street, Glen Cove, 516-609-2900. Guest speaker: Patricia Tutiven, vice president – Relationship Banking for ACB.
