The Charles Evans Center (CEC Health Care), a leading nonprofit behavioral health organization, is seeking a Clerical Support Staff Member to join our outpatient clinic team. This is a great opportunity for a positive, motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while making a difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do:

• ·         Provide clerical and reception support in a behavioral health and medical clinic
• ·         Assist licensed staff with administrative tasks
• ·         Help maintain a professional, welcoming reception area

What We’re Looking For:

• ·         High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• ·         Prior office/clerical experience preferred
• ·         Strong communication skills
• ·         Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

Schedule:

Full-time, 35 hours per week. Clinic hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9am – 8pm

Friday: 9am – 5pm

(Evening availability required; schedule rotates with other clerical staff for coverage)
