Membership Meeting Notice
You are invited to attend our upcoming Membership Meeting featuring a special guest speaker:
Dr. Sharon E. Harris, Ph.D.
Executive Director, SAFE (Substance Abuse Free Environment)
Co-Chair, Glen Cove SAFE Coalition
Dr. Harris is a New York State Licensed Psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. She serves as Executive Director of SAFE and is Co-Chair of the Glen Cove SAFE Coalition. She is also the Past President of the Glen Cove Interagency Council and is credentialed to act as a Substance Abuse Professional under the Department of Transportation, administering the City of Glen Cove Employee Assistance Program.
Dr. Harris will share insights on community-based prevention efforts, substance abuse awareness, and the collaborative work being done locally to support families and youth.
All members are encouraged to attend. We look forward to an informative and engaging discussion. Coffee and danishes will be provided.
