VFW Post 347 is pleased to share that several area residents with a shared birthday have chosen to make their birthday celebration a fundraising event for the post. They have joined with others in creating the Phonix Rising Committee with the sole purpose of supporting the post. Already, they have worked with us in creating a website and a payment portal so that donations for the upcoming event and donations, in general, can be made online. The donations go directly to the VFW Post. They have also chosen to honor our current commander Henryk Nowicki and our Past Commander Ben Farnan. We hope you will consider attending the event, being a sponsor, or making a general donation.
